Miguel Chavira
His work explores organic landscapes through rhythm, transformation, and impermanence.
Mexican visual artist from Chihuahua whose practice examines form as a fluid and organic element, evoking natural networks and internal bodily structures. His work constructs visual universes where growth and temporality unfold — like tree rings, migratory flows, or river currents. Influenced by the Japanese concept of ma, which values spatial intervals and the ephemeral, his work integrates a sense of transience and impermanence.
He has exhibited in Japan, South Korea, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and Mexico. He participated in the Summer Multimedia Art Residency in Tršić, Serbia (2024), and in group exhibitions at Kobe Design University, Japan (2017 and 2023). He was part of the Geumgang Nature Art Biennale, South Korea (2020 and 2021), and collaborates on large-scale mural and sculptural projects. Since 2016 he has directed Pyshke Studio and is co-founder of Pingüica magazine.
